Do not rent here just now I lived in skyline apartments for a year. The neighbors are absolutely amazing and we loved the people around us. Unfortunately management is extremely unprofessional and does not make repairs to the apartments. We had water damage in our bedroom walls since June that still was not repaired by the time we moved out. Our last month we had no hot water in our apartment. Former Tenant WOW, I've moved out a couple of years ago for a family emergency and I was thinking of moving back in but after reading the negative reviews I've changed my mind. Excellent location but I see nothings at the complex changed. Delusional The apts they show you are not the same apts you get to live into, they are only model apts. Everything is old and ugly and things stop working, especially the toilet. At any given day, my husband or myself make #2 and when we flush, the toilet overflows all over our rugs and furniture and we have work to go to and have to leave and deal with the problem when we get home. Unhealthy and nasty. No wonder we got roaches, bedbugs. Don't live here!!!
Horrible Living I lived at Skyline for 4 years. When I first moved in everything seemed fine with the exception of not enough parking. Coming home late often meant not finding a parking spot and having to illegally park somewhere. Parking is only for residents that have parking permits, however that was never checked and there were always cars parked that shouldn't have been parking in the lot and therefore taking up spaces. GARBAGE DUMP This place is garbage. It'got worse every year. I've lived here neay 4 years and each year that goes by it seems to get worse. Supers here suck and the managment is no better. Oh, better watch out for the dog shits that people dont bother picking them up. Price to rent is also extremely expensive for a small 2 bedroom. By the way it takes them months to fix anything around here. Also they got crack heads living in this community. Stay away!!!

!!!!!! CAUTION APARTMENT SEEKERS !!!!!! CLICK THAT "PREVIOUS PAGE" BUTTON & LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE. The property owner is constantly hiring & firing their property managers & superintendents. We've had 3 different superintendents (Jorge, Cory & Israel) & 2 different property managers within the past year & a half. Skyline Apartments charges WAY too much for what they provide.. horrible I currently live at this place. maintenance sucks. have water on ceilings is being over a month nothing done. spoke with Gabriela she is the manager ,still nothing done,but rent goes up every year sbout $600.00 plus at year. STAY AWAY FROM TJIS NIGHTMARE.
DON'T DO IT!! I'm a current tenant.. management is the worst I've ever seen (basically nonexistent).. I've lived here over a year and I'm constantly getting threatened that my cars going to be towed.. awkward tenants that literally are unemployed people watchers. as soon as my lease is up.. I'm sprinting out of here!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!
