Been here for 5 years Moved out to move in with boyfriend My 5 years I've been here the maintenance staff, David and Victor, has always been helpful and kind and thoroughwith their work. The leasing office personnel, Carla and Tess, were always available to help with any of my questions. I got lucky and got the building with the Laundromat and close to the dumpster for easy access. You get 1 parking spot and extra spots are $85 I think, and $50 pet rent each month. Theres a pool and a playground, gated complex.
I highly recommend Victor for any handyman or maintenance needs. He is professional, reliable, & efficient. He shows up on time, communicates clearly and makes sure the work is done. He also takes the time to explain what needs to be done, offers helpful suggestions, & ensures everything is left how it was when the job is done. Please do not move here if you enjoy your peace and sanity. They will watch and harass you the moment you drive through that gate. Maintenance does absolutely nothing besides watch people and take pictures to report back to the office. One of my neighbors Wi-Fi name is literally “stop snitching “ smh Kids can’t even play outside cause they take pictures of them as well which is definitely creepy.
