WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX. DO NOT MOVE HERE. ROACHES EVERYWHERE. THEY TOOK OUR DEPOSIT EVEN THOUGH WE LEFT THE PLACE SPOTLESS. I should've taken pictures and documented everything.
Have been here a week and everything has been great. The apartment is very nice and modern the outside is very well maintained. Carla the Business Manager has been very helpful and available for any question/concern. Highly recommend!
I’m US Navy and been living here for about 2 years now. No major complaints. It’s been a good experience so far and I enjoy using the pool. My package was delivered to the leasing office on accident today but Carla called me directly and coordinated a pickup! And was able to get me my package even after the office had closed up. I see myself living here until the end of my tour here in San Diego!
The place is well-maintained and spacious, with friendly management and maintenance staff. However, I was very upset that my entire deposit was taken even though the place was left in excellent state. If you plan to move here, make sure to document everything and report any damages. (Even though I did this but never received a response or any money back.) I lost $1200, so definitely keep this in mind!
Alicia and Carla always are available to help me with my questions. They do an amazing job! I enjoy living here!
