the utility bills are high. You have to pay for your water,electricity sewage, and Internet service. Which can take the rent up to 860-900$.. Also, you will never see your deposit No matter how much you clean the apartment.

It's nice place clean, and have nice view and the neighbours are quiet
DO NOT RENT FROM METRO. I want to start this by saying that I am not usually like this and I hate being "that guy", but Metro has me on my last nerve. First of all, when I moved into Metro - Skyline, I was told that if I ever got a car, that my parking permit was worthless until i got it validated but the towing company did not come to the lot on weekends. 3 weeks later I bought a car on a Saturday and parked it overnight in the lot as I was told I could. Very loud and disrespectful neighbors, management requires you to renew a lease after only 3 months of living at the apartment, then they show your apartment to others after the 3 months and don't respect your privacy. Even if you call to complain about noise, management doesn't take your phone calls seriously. I would not recommend living here.
