Friendly staff that truly cares about the animals they serve
We used this vet for just over a year. The few office visits we had were muddled. The staff was nice enough but there always seemed to be confusion. Either they didn't have our appointment written down, times/dates were confused, or they couldn't keep both our dogs on the same schedule. Location was also a bit inconvenient. It's downtown, so parking is in an upstairs garage and you have to remember to get it validated by staff if you don't want to pay.
