Very poor service, heating turned off at the beginning of May even though I showed proof that it is against the law to do so, until the middle of June, the Response I got was we do it every year. I literally had to buy a heater so my son wouldn’t freeze even though I pay extra for heat and hydro!! Very unprofessional staff cussing at tenants and children.
