Unfortunately, my experience at this dental clinic was very disappointing. The receptionist, Maida, was extremely unprofessional — rude, disrespectful in her language, and acted in a very exploitative manner toward patients. Having an employee with such behavior seriously damages the reputation of the clinic. I strongly recommend that the doctor review the performance of their staff, as respect and proper communication are essential in any healthcare service.
Dr. Omar has been our family dentist for over 25 years. Excellent service, clean facilities and professional staff.
