Where to start?Let me begin by telling you that we have a steel garage door. A few years after moving in to this house our garage door opener died. We of course went to the big stores bought a new opener and used their service to install it. It has never worked properly. Keith was the technician who came out to repair our garage door. We were having issues with the door not closing and going back up. Keith did a fantastic job and the garage door works and sounds better than when we first moved into the house. He explained a lot of things to me and taught me how to do the biannual maintenance to keep everything in working order. We would definitely call on skylift again if the need arises. A+
Great experience! Tech was on time and I received a picture of the technician before he arrived. Simple adjustment under warranty. I would definitely recommend this company.
