A big THANK YOU to everyone at Skyler Pools . We are so pleased with how our pool has turned out! Skyler has been nothing but professional and honest throughout this whole process. They were clear in communication so we knew what to expect - from permitting to firing up the equipment. Someone was always available to answer our questions or give updates. Let's face it folks.... in FL We rarely find good businesses to live up to the words they so anxiously spit out when you need to sign on the dotted line. Save your self the headache and DO NOT use Skyler Pool! Question: When in business are you asked for all the money first prior to completing the construction on a pool ?! Bad business and it's been 14+ months and pool still isn't completed!!!!
OMG!!! Nothing but rebar this morning and in two hours... Looks like a pool. These guys have super powers. We went from a yard to dry gunite in two weeks. Would have been sooner if it hadn't rained for 2 days. Granted, I'm sure we got lucky on the timing or something but I'm impressed so far. More to come! UPDATE 2 - we are 1 week later and literally nothing has happened. They stopped communicating with us 3 days ago. They said they would come Wednesday weather permitting now it's Friday and they have yet to let us know anyt... read more
After much due diligence to find the right pool contractor I have selected Skyler Pools. I interviewed 10 contractors and no one came close to the professionalism they have, their attention to detail, and the informative and personable sales person who presented it all to me and worked hard to earn my business. Skyler Pools and Richard Berens stand above all others! I can't wait for my pool to be finished.
Signed with Skyler on 04/11/15, let's see how it goes. So far communication has been excellent and process painless. Met Bruce (owner) yesterday and gave us good advice on a few extra things we wanted done. Richard Berins (salesman) is the most knowledgeable person we met in the process of choosing a pool company, he is always accessible to answer questions.
