Skyler Hynes was born for this type of work. He's thorough, patient and determined to find to the best of his ability what his Client desires. When it comes to finalizing the process, he leaves no stone unturned. Our Inspection is running smoothly because of Skyler. He knows the specific questions to ask to ensure that his Clent is being treated fairly. I will always refer Skyler when asked for a Real Estate Agent.

Very polite, completely lacks follow through. If he tells you he will do something get it in writing and be prepared to follow up like you’re the one getting paid to manage the project. Almost 3 months into my lease I am emptying a bucket of water out of the closet daily, garage door is broken, and security gate that was supposed to be fixed before we moved in zero updates of any kind. Have to reach out multiple times to be put off once again, losing my patience.

Unprofessional and either very flaky or dishonest. Hard to get in contact with, especially after he receives your application fee.
