Very polite, completely lacks follow through. If he tells you he will do something get it in writing and be prepared to follow up like you’re the one getting paid to manage the project. Almost 3 months into my lease I am emptying a bucket of water out of the closet daily, garage door is broken, and security gate that was supposed to be fixed before we moved in zero updates of any kind. Have to reach out multiple times to be put off once again, losing my patience.
Unprofessional and either very flaky or dishonest. Hard to get in contact with, especially after he receives your application fee.
As a home stager, I work with a lot of realtors. Skyler is one of the best. He is attentive, not pushy, creative and trustworthy. You can’t go wrong with him.
