I had a tour with Ed Gomez and I am very impressed with the facility and the programs! They really create a warm and friendly environment that feels like home. With a full schedule of outings and events anyone who would be staying here would feel like they are connected to the community and beautiful Southern Oregon. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to ensure their loved ones are well cared for and continue to be as active as they wish to!
Amazing staff and supportive lifestyle mindset. Ed Gomez is such an awesome resource.
Talk about caring and compassionate people. Ed Gomez has the biggest heart and knows all of the residents by name. I was blown away, I definitely will recommend this 5star facility to anyone needing assisted care.
Only complaint is some of the younger weekend staff could use some schooling on how to allow residents to try and answer questions, instead of answering from across the room. Was there on a weekend, so maybe different during week.
A wonderful home like environment on every floor. Had a positive and impressive orientation with the director, Ed Gomez, and staff today, and was so grateful to find a place that would compliment my mother in so many ways. Loved the many engaging activities there and such a variety offered, seniors would not ever be bored.
