Absolutely not returning. I came here because my prior Ortho referred me here, however I am not returning. He showed up almost 30min late to the office, when he got into the room he didn't make any eye contact or attempt at building rapport, which as a professional, I know is KEY in treatment success. He minimized the accident that got me into treatment in the first place and made some passive comment that "well it could be worse". Horrible place, you walk in and the receptionists are EXTREMELY rude. I asked her a question and she rolled her eyes at me. If you don’t like your job find a new one! This is a specialist visit, I’m not there for pleasure and do not expect to be treated that way. Appointment time is not respected when asked about the wait she rudely told me I had 9 patients ahead of me even though I showed up early to fill out my paperwork as I was told when I made my appointment. STAY AWAY! Very rude front desk, they don’t respect your appointment time, got there 30 mins prior to my appointment, waited over 2 hours and never got called in.
