Professionalism worst by the staff I dont suggest to any.
Elevators never work and multiple cars have been broken into
The reception person Victoria wast very nice or helpful with getting an appointment to view an apartment but that didn’t stop me from viewing. Mckinzie was was so great to help me when she arrived and I was able to view the apt the same day which helped me make a very important decision. Thanks to McKenzie and the leasing agent for giving me a great experience.
I genuinely love living here so much. This is the only apartment i’ve ever lived at that i genuinely don’t have a single complaint. (well i do wish we got our old coffee machine back 😭iykyk) but all of the leasing staff are amazing. they are so nice. and omg all of the concierge staff are seriously the best people ever! everyone is just so welcoming and funny, and they get to know all the residents! the amenities are always well taken care of and they are fun. the maintenance is always quick with fixing ur requests and they... read more
I had to pay almost 4 months of rent to get out of the lease when I was moving out of Texas. Very unreasonable!
