I would give this property management company a 0 star if I could. ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER! I moved here from 7 states for work and was supposed to move into this apartment on Monday. They had it listed as available for the Friday before. I got a call while in 8 hours away from my home, on my way down saying that my apartment would not be ready on Monday "it may be Friday". WOW. I was visiting Skyhouse Buckhead today and while i was in the lobby waiting on confirmation to go up on the elevators to see the person i was coming to visit . While waiting i witnessed a case of unacceptable behavior and a bit of racism and just blatantly disrespect from Nikki Trinidad, the current Property Manager . RAM Partners, LLC manages this property. I would have given them zero stars if it were an option. If you experience or have ever experienced domestic violence, DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. RUN! RAM Partners, LLC is not an ally. I have a protective order against someone who lives 4 minutes away from my community. After the order was issued, I notified management who told me that I could transfer units only if I paid a new, higher rate. The team that’s managing the whole day to day are amazing. It’s a great team with Jessica and Bill at the front door. The team is there 24/7 helping us with handling the day to day things that come up with life! Sherman on the maintenance staff is always wishing a good morning and a friendly acknowledgment to all. Thanks to everyone!
Great concierge service: Shout out to Bill (lead concierge) for always printing and shipping things for me! I feel spoiled by the little things that he does to make my life easier! Also, Ann Jessica is always smiling and greets everyone by name. WOW! Such a nice touch!
The Jessicas have been extremely helpful from the day I moved in! Tailah, the new girl, is a great replacement for Bo. Malachi is rocking awesome! I love the staff which makes it even easier to live at SkyHouse. Thankfully it’s right next to Phipps because I shop a lot. I’d recommend this place to anyone for sure.
