Raising an issue with their annual fees for a product they sell called Skytrak. The machine sells for 2K and has an annual fee for added services. The company recently doubled their annual subscription with no notice to their consumers. There is no added benefit for their plans. Initially when Skytrak came out the company told their consumers that they weren't planning on doing an annual fee. Now they have added an annual fee and now have increased its cost.
Unethical business practice. I have 2 of these devices so I am not happy. Skytrak was purchased at $1999.95 with a "lifetime" TGC software license for $999 that requires a $99/ year subscription. Without notification or any type of grandfathering of the old rate have increased the yearly subscription over 100% from $99 to 199.95/Year. Most recently they offered a $300 discount and sale only to increase the yearly fees by over 100% a few weeks after the sale ends.
