Skyhawke Technologies sent me a renewal notice for an annual subscription for a rangefinder device they no longer supported - specifically for USB connectivity. They took my payment for this renewal knowing that this service was no longer supported instead of declining renewal because of this. When I contacted customer support they told me that there are no refunds on renewals even though this subscription is useless to me. Overseas customer support then sent me a link to upgrade rangefinder @ $179 so that my renewal could w... read more

**** * This company is not interested customer service. Sent my 550 in for charging socket repair. Paid to have it done. Didn't work when I got it back. When I contacted Sky Golf to get it fixed all they wanted to do was sell me a refurbed device. As device was out of warranty took it to a local Phoenix company that does surface mount repair. They opened it up and said all of the contacts from the socket to the board were broken and had never been repaired. They soldered the connections and it works fine. In my opinion if th... read more

Business response:

While reviewing this account, it appears that the SkyCaddie sent in for repair in May 2022 was for a SX500, not a SX550. Once our repair facility repaired the port, it is assumed that it worked properly for the next 7 months as the customer called to report a failure in December 2022. During those 7 months, anytime a charger is inserted the wrong way it is possible that the ports can be damaged again. This would not be a manufacture defect and would be considered physical damage made by the consumer. If it was something that... read more

This company has no interest in helping you with a purchased product that has failed. They told me to just trade up to their latest greatest product. That's a joke they'll give me $50 on a $500 purchase which is only a year old. Then pay an additional $500 plus for the new one. No thanks

Product is terrible, the sotware to synch your watch to the website does NOT work i spend hours with tech support and nothing happened. They dont have a customer service dept so buyer beware - once they take the subscription the chase is on

I love my SkyCaddie. I HATE the company. I have the SX500 for just over 3 years. It has started to malfunction with frozen screens and nonresponsive selection "buttons". I chatted with their tech support and nothing was accomplished. the tech person gave me a number to call for "advanced" assistance. I called the number and the tech walked me through clearing temporary files. When I asked what do I do if this doesn't work, i was told to upgrade to their newest model. THIS COMPANY HAS NO REPAIR SERVICE. there feeling is if it... read more

I have used SkyCaddie watches for years and will never buy one again. The battery's are not replaceable and they want you to spend $200 to $250 every 3 years to upgrade. Total waste of money. Too bad because they use to be a great company. Now they just try to get you to spend money for no reason.

Terrible, customer service. Website won't let you check out no matter what you do. Have tried paypal, and cc and none work. Watch won't sync. Distances are off. My son got this from his grandparents for his birthday and lost the charger. Have tried for 2 days to get someone on the phone since the check out won't work. If it wasn't such an expensive gift for a young golfer I would have given up. Will be my last product ever. Also emailing PGA about your poor service.

Bought a Skytrak 18 months ago. When I first bought it they said you had to pay a one time fee of $99 to them for game improvement pkg. That quickly changed to an annul fee of $99. Now I learn they have changed the fee to $199 for the game improvement pkg(nothing of significance was added to the software). This company is unethical and I would advise anyone looking to buy something from this company to be very careful. Myself I will be selling the hardware and try to find something from a more reputable company.
