They took a deposit from us last month and told us everything was approved for move-in. However, after a month, they rejected our application just two weeks before we have to move out of our apartment. I have a four-month-old baby, and now I have to look for another place to live. They have also not returned our money.

The management company is terrible to deal with and once they lock you in, they take advantage by withholding amenities and increasing the rent. Way better places to live.
Boardwalk is a terrible management company with rental increase after the next not matching the amenities and upkeep
Management is excellent. I was happy to live here
