Brittany is the ABSOLUTE WORST Property manger let alone customer service person I have ever encountered. FIND another place to live
Hire responsive management and do something besides paint and make it appear nice. You need to care and fix issues such as mold, security guards that don't show up, packages that are marked refrigerate that sit around for days without even a notification they have arrived. Just stop being negligent on all fronts.

RecommendedSkygarden is absolutely wonderful and the apartments and building itself is beautiful with unbelievable amenities, but what really blew me away was the dedication and friendliness of the leasing team, specifically Gina Richard! She really knows what she’s doing and is willing to go out of her way to find the perfect apartment for every person. If you’re thinking about living here, ask for Gina!
RecommendedSkygarden is one of the best places to live in downtown Charleston. The staff is so amazing and friendly!! They go out of their way to make sure that everything and anything you need is taken care of for you. By far the best place I’ve ever lived in the Charleston area.
