We purchased a home from Century Communities in the Skye Canyon neighborhood of Las Vegas, NV, and it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. The home came with a 1-year warranty, but for multiple months now, our warranty requests have either been ignored, marked as closed without resolution, or we have been unable to submit them at all because our customer portal has been deactivated or malfunctioning. Came and looked at the models and we were very impressed. We were interested in the 2400 however when reaching out to them by text was told that there were no customization options and that the builder chooses the upgrades and floor plan configurations regardless of if you’d like to change a room from say a den to an additional bedroom or office. We were told they add 100k in upgrades to each build making the 574k houses now nearly 700k. The fact that most builders allow for personalization and customization is why we will b... read more

Website was well built and looked good, and after some guidance and a very helpful reply from them personally I was able to navigate through the community on the website and see all kinds of different plans and options and pricing! Great help and a great looking community.
