Kyle responded within a day to my email inquiry. He was very courteous and helpful with everything when we visited their Fremont location. I eventually ended up buying a different car from him than I initially contacted him for. He even gave me a fair trade in price for my old car. They responded a day after initial contact, and were quick to respond to subsequent emails after. I never went to the dealer as I was also looking at another car at another dealer. But, they did respond to my questions and were up front about pricing. I didn't have to beat around the bush, and ended up going with the other dealer. But, with a honest response, it helped make my decision.
