We connected with Roger at View Homes in April of this year and after searching through numerous new build communities and comparing vs older/ establish homes, we decided to build through View Homes. The numerous amenities included surprised us (amazon drop box, work bench in garage, AC in garage, smart house, 2 ceiling fans, separate AC unit controls for the master, dog door, storage shelf installed in the garage, etc.) as many other companies we spoke to charged extra for these items.
