Moved in August 2025. The property was in great shape, and we have only needed to put in one maintenance request, which got addressed very quickly by professionals I would definitely recommend sky bridge Group to anyone looking to find your new home
I recently submitted a request to approve my paint colors for the stucco and trim on my home. This request had to be sent to our HOA architectural committee for approval. I was assuming this might take several days/weeks to be approved. To my surprise, the request came back approved within 2 days. I was very appreciative of SkyBridge’s (Management Group) efforts to get the request turned around so quickly as I already had the painter lined up and ready to start painting.
