I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this packaging supplier has been nothing short of disastrous. From start to finish, they have failed to meet even the most basic standards of professionalism and service. Their communication is abysmal. Emails go unanswered for days, and when they do respond, it's as if they're doing you a favor. Nice people and fast unloading. In and out in 20 minutes. Plenty of room to back in the docks.
Very very slow guys
Arrived here at 2:00 for 8:00 appointment found the yard driver who moved a trailer out of a dock for me to and got unloaded in about 30 minutes and was given a place to park for my 10hr break. I given them five star 🤩
Came here for pickup. It's a FCFS appointment. I'm the only driver in the yard. I arrived at 12:20 it's been close to 6 hours and still not loaded. Went to the traffic office to see what's taking so long and no one is in the office. Avoid at all costs
