Easy, Breezy, Beautiful move in I just moved in and I couldn't be more at peace. The management staff was highly professional and are working hard to get the building up and running. The roof deck and amenity situation is stunning and my friends are loving it as much as I am--even my lil pup is settling in well! Love this place and would love some cool neighbors. It's a perfect central location and you can't beat new!

Disappointing management and application process The building itself is quite lovely. Applying for the affordable housing options, though, is unorganized and extremely stressful—especially for those who may have actual deadlines to meet (such as move-out dates and 30-day notices). I was lead to believe that the process would be about a week turn around time to find out if a move-in date was one or two months out.
