I’m visiting my family and was so lucky to find this practice. 100% recommend it if you like to feel your breaths and understand your body while flowing through movements. Came twice during my holiday and loved both practices. Specially the ending, when she places a cold towel on your forehead with essential oils and guides your breathing to the point where you can truly relax after doing all the work. ☀️ thank you!

I absolutely love Dana’s yoga class. Such a great flow for whatever level you practice. She is very welcoming and the atmosphere outside is amazing. I have back pain and after 2 classes this week i have relief. Can’t thank you enough.
Dana’s practice is nothing short of spectacular. Her class is set in a shady outdoor space. As you approach the class, you step through the billowy curtains which gently welcome you. In addition, you instantly feel the warmth and positivity which Dana strongly exudes.
