My friends and I came from out of town on a bachelorette trip, we contacted Dana for a sunrise yoga session on the beach and she was so easy to contact. The session was amazing and relaxing and felt very personable. She let us play our own music and provided cooling towels & essential oils. Dana is very knowledgeable on her practice and we would definitely recommend her!
I’m visiting my family and was so lucky to find this practice. 100% recommend it if you like to feel your breaths and understand your body while flowing through movements. Came twice during my holiday and loved both practices. Specially the ending, when she places a cold towel on your forehead with essential oils and guides your breathing to the point where you can truly relax after doing all the work. ☀️ thank you!

I absolutely love Dana’s yoga class. Such a great flow for whatever level you practice. She is very welcoming and the atmosphere outside is amazing. I have back pain and after 2 classes this week i have relief. Can’t thank you enough.
