We were in room 215. The door would never open. The front desk called engineering every day to come help. Every time we reported it they (FD and eng) said they had never had a problem before and were astounded. I asked housekeeping and she told me it’s awful and really hard to get it. She said they’ve even had to shave part of the side before to make it work. On our last day we actually got locked into the room. Engineering actually had to come and he tried to get it. This was our 1st time at this vineyard.. People were great in the front desk very informative and helpful... They are pet friendly and accommodate your needs... My family and i had a great room out looking out the BEAUTIFUL garden and Koa pond... they have amazing views as you walk the premises.. The room was a perfect size and very spacious for all four of us including our 2 fur babies and our daughters wheelchair.... we will come back. Beautiful views, very clean rooms, great staff...i will definitely be coming back here every time I stay in Sedona.
I love that the night manager has the last name of Hatcher. That has been mine for 59years. I asked to buy this lodge but they said no. My favorite lodging.
Love the grounds, solitude, atmosphere, pool, hot tub......beautiful place and extremely friendly staff.
