scheduled an energy audit 2m in advance -called the week before since i had previously called 4 times to get an estimate to insulate-all was good and they never showed or called-i called and was told they needed my ** acct number-couldn't have asked for that in advance or call when you are not coming-absolutely horrid company-would never use-

Sky Property Services did, in fact, schedule a Home Energy Audit w/ Dr. Poster. Unfortunately, we did not receive the information needed to create the project in a timely fashion. All scheduled appointments receive a confirmation email stating that the electric, and any gas account numbers are required to create the project. This was never received. In Feb.2016 sky property services came to my house to insulate a basement with a spray foam and attic with cellulose insulation. According to our contract, insulation in the attic should be 14" R49, and also install 2"poly Thermal Dome over attic entrance. When they left, I measured the thickness of attic insulation, it was 10-12" at most, and THERMAL DOME WAS NOT INSTALLED.
