Move out procedures are given to residents at lease signing. We take move in pictures before move in and also take them at move out. Deductions were withheld from deposit due to the shape of the apartment after only 12 months and based on cleaning, repairs, and damages. We value all our residents and enjoyed having Ms. M** while she lived with us.
