I wanna say John and Aaron were the guys that helped my boyfriend and I walk out with an enjoyable ride and we love it.
Horrible! My husband bought a 2015 Yamaha R1 from here January 2016. Afyer a couple months he started having engine trouble and took it back because it was under warranty and they are "Yamaha certified". The service department had no idea what tjey were doing, kept the bike for MONTHS and when he finally got it back it wasn't fixed and he blew a rod through the engine. They tried to blame it on him and he had to pay for the labor $900. Again they had ot for months in and out of the shop all different kinds of problems. Until... read more

My husband got his back tire changed on his Honda. Axle wasn't properly put back on and tire was coming off. Had to demand a tow. Bolt not in stock. Had to be ordered and TWO days later my husband still has NO bike and NO Apology or explanation as to what happened and what's being done to prevent it happening again. Spoje with the manager again this morning. Repeat Customer but will NOT be coming back once we get his bike back....be warned
