sold bike to another person after we made deposit and knew we had ball financing. Didn't bother to call but sent text message. when I called sales manager he had no explanation as to why bike was sold after we made the deposit.
Recommendedwe went to these guys on a saturday mid afternoon, we immediately had a sale rep confront us and showed us some of the inventory options we were looking at. these guys had awesome customer service! Answered all of our questions/concerns. even though they were short 3 guys and had customers coming in like crazy everyone there made sure we were taken care of as we waited for our paperwork to be finalized! great family environment and amazing attitudes! we definitely will continue to do survice through these guys!
Couldn’t be happier with our experience with Mckibben. I have been talking to the salesman dan since June of last year and yet he still keep in touch with me every other month. Y’all will have our busy for ever and we will send everyone there
This was my initial honest review I was asked to remove if I wanted help... Horrible experience... poor customer service to say the least... waited a week and drove 2 and a half hours to get a bike listed on their site.. was told brakes were being put on... took bike home brakes are metal to metal and exhaust is broken.. sitting on 3 weeks and have gotten run around from everyone from sales, parts, service etc .. will never go to them again and wouldn’t recommend them to my worse enemy..save yourself the hassle take your bus... read more
Super helpful people John and Aaron were awesome and described atv to the T because I was coming from Tampa...would recommend this place any day of the week.great prices super fast response online and honest..thanks again guys
They kept my 18 RZR 1000 for 2 months to fix it with the excuse that I should be thankful that they got it warrantied.. A brand new machine with 25 hours on it.. After having to call a month into the deal and beg them to work on it. David in service, is an absolute liar and will tell you what you want to hear then do whatever he wants. I will not be coming back. And not to mention that I received it back full of water and covered in dust. Dissatisfied to say the least..

Shady people. Friend tried by a bike on Saturday paid the deposit to pick up on Monday sold the bike out from underneath him then lied about someone else wiring money for the same bike. Buyers beware stay away from this company seek business elsewhere.
