Although it seems that they did a good job on my motorcycle, it seemed very expensive to repair, especially in the service of oil change and labor in the rest of the work. For the price that was paid for the repair the attention was not appropriate, it is unfortunate that being one of the few authorized Suzuki workshops one does not feel satisfaction as a customer
All around great experience ... never have had an issue , they lost my spare key and ordered me a new one no questions asked ... and got it right away no problems , dale department is great and not over barring like a lot of other dealers can be , there not annoying try to sell you everything , if you have questions there right there to answer you, I needed insurance for a quad which I didn’t know I had to have and didn’t have the money and they actually paid the down payment which wasn’t much but still to do that which they... read more
I bought a 2019 570 here and everyone was awesome highly recommended.
Bait and switch dealer stay far away.
I would not recommend purchasing a motorcycle from them the finance guy has no clue and the service manager is just as bad!!!! no follow through!!! I purchased a bike their biggest mistake I ever made!!!
I bought a Suzuki M109 I feel I got a good deal paperwork was simple process seems super easy everyone in the store seems super friendly and likes their job

Because since they opened up the new dealership in Sanford the Customer service sucks at this dealership. The service department is either under staffed or under qualified to do the job.
