Today Wed at 8am I scheduled a telemed with Dr.Ward for 11am. Doctor did not call until 11:47am. I tried to get on the call and even waited in the virtual waiting room for Doctor. After about 30 min waiting I called the office and was put on hold. When I talk to her staff they say I need to RS which is fine but they wanted to RS till Friday. In cases where time is of the essence please show more flexibility, I was understanding doctor was running late but to push my appointment 2 days is ridiculous.
