Made an appointment at 2:30 for 3 pedicures and waited almost 40 min while waiting in there chairs my feet where soaked in cold water we asked if they can refill our water with hot water but apparently they had no hot water!!! The power went out while there and two days later the color on my toes are chipping off!!!

I'm at the salon right now and the lady carelessly put too much wax on my lip and burn some of my skin off... I usually come here but not anymore. Are this people even trained????
Wonderful experience for myself and my 9 year old daughters. The staff did a great job and we left feeling quite pretty and pampered, thanks!
They take extraordinary care of you but they stay busy because of their good service so early bird gets the worm.
I've gone here by myself and with my daughter (6 years old), and every time they have done a great job!
How does one have an appointment set and shows up 10-15 minutes prior to make sure I have my spot and color picked out for my nails and still waited almost an hour and finally left when you have folks just walking in and being taken first before your actual appointment that was set hours prior. And ask me to return in 30 minutes and I say no I will not come back in 30 minutes after I already wait d an hour passed my appointment. Not,ok... don't have an appointment book and you don't keep your appointments period.
It was awesone and love the massaging chairs. And they do great leg massages as well!!!!
Iove the place so clean and nice people right on taking care of ya when you walk in I like that I get my nails done there
