Do not go here. The owner will argue with you on what you want and still not give you what you asked for. Several nails popped off a few days after getting a fill. They do not sanitize equipment properly, so I also have two nails with fungus. The owner told me it’s from moisture getting in the nails, I don’t doubt that being the fact that the nails lift after a few days. Just go elsewhere. I was trying to be a repeat customer but doing nails is not what this lady is good at.
Hidden gem! I highly recommend coming here! They are fast and very good massage!!
l initially had a great experience at this salon with a different technician, which is why I returned. I even previously left such a great review. Unfortunately, my last two visits with the owner were very disappointing. I paid $111 (including tip) for a gel manicure and pedicure on April 10th. Went last week to get a Gel X set! It was done horribly. She didn’t completely put the nail on so now it looks like I’ve had them for 3 weeks, I got a French tip and the pink coats where sloppy and spotty and when I said something about it she tried to blame me. Then to fix it she added shimmer that just covered her mess. My pedicure didn’t have a smooth coat of gel polish. Overall HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Wouldn’t give them any stars. First photo the day I got them done, the second is today a week later.
I genuinely don’t understand how this establishment has such high ratings. I walked in after work to find both employees sitting on their phones in an empty salon. The petite woman approached me with her shoes kicked off and asked what service I needed, clearly unenthused about doing a wax. Her attitude only worsened as we walked back to the waxing room.
