I don’t like leaving negative reviews, and I genuinely like the owner, but my experience here wasn’t a good one. I explained how I prefer my nails cut, since I know how they react to certain shapes. Instead of accommodating that, the technician became visibly frustrated, raised her voice, and kept tapping and slapping my toes. Extremely unprofessional staff. Initially, I booked service through Groupon for regular Pedicure & Manicure. During Pedicure I asked if I can add Gel polish for hands. The lady said yes $25 extra. I agreed. When the lady was doing manicure for hands (Gel polish thing was not even close or started). I told her that I would like to switch to regular as when I asked her about do I need to come to remove here & how long will it last.
