I have come here for years and it was ok. But 2 months ago I came and my nails broke 1 week after the set I was skeptical so I gave it another try last week on Friday and one week exactly today is Friday March 6 my nail broke. I think their product is not the same as before. Really cheap quality and for paying $50 dollars for the small nails it’s not worth it for me anymore.
Bad service got there at 11:30am is already 1:25 and still waiting because all the people walking in supposedly have appointments Never coming back here again Bad attitude And bad service
Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. DO NOT GO HERE! I went in to get my nails done and had an appointment at 5 the lady “Jessica” that’s what she claimed her name was. She drilled 3 of my fingers to the point where they started bleeding. I asked her to do black French tip and I did not get the correct shape or color. Worst place EVER. These people have no respect as soon as you walk in very rude & the way they speak so demanding when my daughter sat down to get her nails done they pulled her hands towards them very aggressively I did not appreciate that the lady noticed what she did because I let her know she was all calm until the other lady decided not to give me service because I wasn’t ready I told her I was looking for the picture so she got up removed all her equipment & started speaking her language & when it came to paying for my... read more
