I have and been to this place many times. I asked them if they could take my acrylic nails off for me and then they began using a nail tip to rip off the nail. This caused for my real nail on my middle finger to get completely ripped off. She did not even say sorry or anything when she noticed. I left after that. This place is dirty and has unreasonable prices for the work that they give.
