Very good management group, Josh and his team have been outstanding.
They had a fire on the property and failed to accommodate anything. We had over 50k in damages from the smoke and water. They couldn't do anything to the warehouse till I moved out so I asked if I could get out of the lease two months early since I was leaving at end of lease anyways and the agreed. What they didn't mention is they wouldn't give me back my deposit because I left lease early even though they agreed to it and didn't mention it when the said I could leave.
