Paulo and Chris have been managing our home for four years now. We live out of state and could not asked for a better property manager. Their fees are extremely reasonable, they are always available by phone, and they address any maintenance issues. They communicate with us stupendously and send us monthly statements not missing a beat. We left our home in well trusted hands. If you're looking for a property management company, look no further.

It was not a good experience. They never fixed all the things we put maintenance requests for. The place was not clean when we moved in. When we moved out they charged us $500 for landscaping, $400 for cleaning and $200 for carpet cleaning. Charged us for utilities for the days were not even living there. Charged us a extra days for rent when we were already out way before then. We only got half of our deposit back. The manager was rude and very pushy.

We have been renting from Sky Home Rentals for the past 2.5 years and it has been a phenomenal experience. They have always been very responsive, respectful and address issues timely. We would highly recommend Sky Home Rentals for their outstanding services.👍

Both Chris and Paulo have been extremely pleasant to rent from. I am writing this after a year of renting with Skyhome, we have only had to make one or two maintenance requests which were resolved with the utmost urgency and respect for our space. Any time we have needed to contact them with questions, concerns, etc. there has always been a very quick and professional response. Hey! Since we want to be petty and on providing the decency to not go into depth - seems we will since you want to. I started with a $2,000+ deposit, I at the time had a registered ESA and service dog in training. I got along and kept to myself. I had a man renting a unit next to me that vandalized my car and multiple local police reports I had to file due to property damage, stalking, and harassment you all refused to address!
