Zach was very professional, took his time to make sure I understood everything. Great experience, which has been the case with all sky interactions.
Eric was incredibly thorough with his diagnostic with our furnace. He explained everything that needed to be done and why it needed to be done, with pictures and everything. Overall we needed to clean and replace most of the furnace, which was scary due to cost, but he broke it down for us in parts so we could take care of small sections over time. That is what trust worthy and quality service looks like. I felt very much at ease with everything due to his attention to detail. Thank you, Eric!
Kaylah did great work with the HVAC maintenance and explained items that needed to be fixed very clearly.
Joe was so good. He asked questions, listen to my concerns, and addressed everything very thoroughly. He went beyond my concerns, and offered advice more on the side of prevention maintenance, which I really appreciated. He also immediately contacted the team to schedule a second visit to address the issues that could not be completed during his visit. I highly recommend Joe and the whole team!
