The store has good customer service and a large selection of jewelry and watches at fair and reasonable prices. They also have excellent watch and jewelry repair on-site service. They recently repaired and restored a family antique heirloom that I thought was beyond repair. The owner is very hands-on and extremely knowledgeable.
