Enjoyed our visit to The Sky Club with our Wisconsin Supper Clubs Book. Lauren made it a fun evening - her enthusiasm was infectious and refreshing. Since we had dined earlier in Boulder Junction, we simply enjoyed the "World Famous Salad Bar" and a couple of Brandy Old Fashioned made with the delicious Sky Club Old Fashioned Mix - I had not been here in 35 years. The Sky Club has been hit and miss (mostly miss) for us over the past many years. We decided to give it another try last night. Unfortunately, they missed again. The $22 shrimp was tasteless (both the broiled and battered), the fish fry tasted only of batter and the tartar sauce was watery and tasted only of Miracle Whip. The famous salad bar was equally disappointing with only cheese, carrots and onions for salad toppings.
