Should have stayed in Binghamton, I was able to spend time with friends I haven't seen in months while waiting in the unbearable lines. If I didn't spend so much on the ticket I would have left, we will all be waiting in one more line together if we think they are going refund us our money. It may be a holiday but a owner of a business who wants to make it up to disappointed guest would have something to offer us by now.
My husband and I spent hours standing in line for drinks. When you got one you had to get back in line so that you would get another one within the next hour! Food lines were too long to even consider. I am so bummed that we wasted our time and money on this mismanagement. The building itself is beautiful. The lack is in the management. The staff however did seem to be doing the best they could with what they were given. Happy New Year!
I have been at multiple events at SKY Armory and really have enjoyed them. I recommended the NYE event to a group of people based on my past experiences at SKY and what we experienced last night was really disappointing. The drink and food lines were absurd, my girlfriend told me that the women's bathroom ran out of toilet paper and they ran out of beer and wine.
