I was in today for a simple car wash, it was an absolutely horrible experience. I would never recommend this cash was to anyone. The employee guiding cars in for the wash - a younger guy wearing glasses appeared to be new , directed me in - incorrectly, and it ended up causing serious damage to my tire stems.The machine pushed in and bent the valve ( tire stems) on my drivers side tires, completely flattening the front tire, and bent the rear tire stems/ tire gauge area as well. I have a monthly membership ($24.99) with my work vehicle. I drive about 500 to 1000 miles per week and I get A LOT of bugs on the windshield. I have driven through this car wash as much as 3 times in one day. Never had an issue. My windshield stays clean and bug free. They give me free air fresheners any time I ask. My membership at this location also works at the Columbus location. These are the only 2 I go to.
