HORRIBLE & FALSE ADVERTISING Purchased a $99 shaver for my husbands birthday late august 2021. Now less then 3 months later it stopped working bc it was so clogged with hair water alone as advertised could not clean it. So it had to be taken apart. When I contacted skull shaver to explain this and that we are unable to get it back together they insist that it can be put back together as though it is our fault that we had to take it apart to begin with. We advise all customers that the blades are only covered under warranty for the first 30 days as they are consumable items and need to be replaced every 3-6 months or sooner depending on use. We provide videos showing how to put the blade back together in the event it needs to be taken apart due to the customer hair build up. We also provide a little brush to help clean out the blades in between use. If a customer isn't cleaning the unit properly it will cause it to be clogged and that is not the fault of the company. ***** the product suddenly stopped working after 3months I've tried emailing them and my email address was blocked they never responded that was 4/21 until 5/21 so my husband text them from his email them they told him they haven't received anything from my email wait it gets better suddenly I gets email from them showing their response they were FAKE!!!! Terrible product and customer service. Right after a year of having it completely stopped working. **************** after hrs of chatting kept telling me "sorry your out of warranty. Nothing we can do."
I bought a Skull Shaver from ******. I had two motor units fail within weeks. The third one lasted 15 months and failed. Skull Shaver now says it's out of warranty but if I purchase a "warrenty" program for another $40 and shipping both ways I get my fourth unit! Horrible product terrible service- beware!
I would not do business with Skull Shaver. I have not received my order. They have a dummy phone number. Ignored my ********* *********messages and emails. Now they blocked me on ********. I now have to file a dispute with my bank.
The worst I ordered a bald eagle shaver When it arrived I plugged it in to charge it as per instructions When the meter indicated a full charge I unplugged the unit, pushed the power button and nothing...
