If there was an option of no stars, it would be here. Last October I ordered multiple items and never received that order. When I was finally able to actually talked to someone at this horrible company, they said the order was canceled and refunded, which was never done by me in any way.Being a person that I am, I tried to order again last week and was told next day delivery and it would be here Sunday. **************** at ****************** is absolute garbage. Havent gotten any legitimate assistance with anything and havent gotten even the first replacement blade they were supposed to send. Conflicting info on their site tells me on one page I have blades on auto shop and on another that I have no orders pending.

I have had my skull shaver Gold since April 2021. I use it every day or every other day at least. I have used it for both wet (shaving cream and water) and dry shaving. I usually replace blades every 3 months. I have gone as long as 4 but try to maintain ever 3. The only issue I can think of is a recent issue. The top cover for the motor and battery broke and came apart. The rubber gasket is fine so I superglued it back together. But all in all I am extremely satisfied with my skull shaver gold.

Purchased a shaver 12/27/22 about four weeks have pasted, at this point I just want a refund I have sent a total 8 emails requesting a refund they have a automated reply saying they are experiencing shipping difficulties and to speak to a human reply with human . . . Like I said I have done so 8 times now its been 3 days since I sent the last one, did they just steal 100 from me?

They promise on their web site free 2 day shipping. However, that is a lie. You are not given the shipper's name ( UPS,Fed Ex etc..) and not given a tracking number so you may follow it. I placed my order 6 days ago and as today is a Saturday it will be over a week if it does in fact arrive. After emailing customer service, I was provided a screen shot of a "tracking" from some unknown generic shipper. False advertisement. I placed an order for their gold shaver recently and added onto my order was a manicure set and a replacement blade. Totaling $65. Under both items it states, "Free 2 day delivery for purchases over $49. My order was well over $49 even with those 2 added. Soon after, I received my emailed receipt and it stated "FREE 3-Day Delivery on Eligible Items"... Well, I purchased items that were up for free 2 day shipping. I bought a Platinum Pro Shaver from skullshaver.com on December 16th. On the 18th, I received one of the two free gifts. I have yet to receive the other free gift or the Shaver. The tracking on the "Shop" app states it was delivered. I emailed them numerous times and also through their website with no response. I called many times and an automated recording states "the mailbox is full". I have read the responses from Skull Shaver stating their phones are shut off due to employees working from home. At this point I assume they just stole $105 from me. Not including the time Im about to spend warning anyone about this company in the future. For any potential customers thinking about buying. STAY AWAY. Go to their competitor products.

I haven't received my Skullshaver yet. I ordered it on 11/30/21 with order number U372194.Well, all I received so far is a "shipping label being printed" notification. No shipping, no tracking, nothing. This is now well over a week ago. As I have emailed them multiple times in the past few days, tried to chat on ******** with them, and called them (where no one is there and their voicemail is full), and have had no response.
