This place is must-do for each and every HHI visit. The wait is always terrible (like 2+ hours minimum), however, the scenery, drinks, activities, food, and service is always worth it. We were there last night with a party of 20 for my son’s birthday. Our server, Victoria, was amazing. She was fun, patient (we had 9 kids with us and 11 tired and sun-drunk adults), efficient, and just did a terrific job. I couldn’t be more impressed with the service. I hope she sees this! Thank you!

The food was awesome! While waiting for 2 hours for a table, there was lots to do, looking at live alligators, playing games, walking the pier and the gift shop. The outside area was dog friendly. The only thing I would recommend is allowing people to order appetizers at the bar!

We do allow our guests to order anything from our menu, just as long as they are seated directly at the bar. This just prevents our kitchen from getting backed up with orders from those who are not seated. This helps with shorter wait times for your meal once you are seated, and an enjoyable experience for all. I hope you do understand, and please come see us the next time you are in the area.
Outstanding food. I had the seafood platter. Delicious! Laid back and comfortable atmosphere. Most definite must lunch or dinner. Rain or shine. Service was excellent and quick.
