My favorite restaurant on the island! I love the extravaganza boil! It's worth every bit of the wait. It's an extra bonus if you have Tim as your server!
So disappointed. ..2 out of 3 years no fireworks at boathouse on July 4th. One time I could understand. ..sometimes things just go wrong. But twice in 4 years? We won't be back.
Just to start off we absolutely love skull creek. Food this time was excellent as always. The problem we had was service. Waitress was great but there was a problem with what we ordered and what we received. One person in our party order his favorite which is the fried section choose any three. He chose the fried shrimp, flounder, and crab cakes (3). When the food came out there was only one crab cake. Fantastic service, excellent Bloody Mary's and over-the-top food quality. I had the fish tacos and they were divine!! Can't wait to go back.
A must place to eat!!!
We arrived early, got seated immediately . The appetizers were served promptly and were delicious. However, we waited over a hour for our meals, 3 dinners had to be sent back and the rest were cold. We always eat here when on the island and this is the first time we have been disappointed.
We arrived early on a Tuesday to be told there would be an hour and a half wait. We waited awhile and decided to go somewhere else. The valet encouraged us to eat at the bar with no wait and directed us to two open seats. So glad we decided to stay. The food was amazing, the service was perfect. We had an incredible time and even walked out with two T-shirts!!! We would recommend them highly, you won't be disappointed. Definitely going back next trip to Hilton Head!!!
Freshest seafood on the island. Our favorite place for oysters. Arrive early because it's always packed.
