1) Initial Response from Patient: He seemed knowledgeable, but the overall experience felt somewhat transactional to me. He recommended a test that wasn’t covered by OHIP (and to his credit, he did let me know in advance), but I was surprised to learn there was also a fee just to receive a printed copy of his notes and my personal report.
