I have been going to dr skouras for my eye care needs, he is very knowledgeable and has always shown great care and patience when addressing my concerns, I would highly recommend him as an ophthalmologist!
I first saw Dr. Nicholas Skouras in 2023 and have had a couple of appointments since. Unfortunately, my overall experience has left me with serious concerns about the cost of additional services and the commercial feel of the practice. At one point I was quoted $180 for an “eye map” and another $40 for a dry-eye test. I understand that some services and diagnostic testing may not be covered by OHIP and that additional fees can be legitimate. I have been going to Dr. Skouras for a number of years. I have always been treated with the upmost courtesy by reception, staff, and by Dr. Skouras. I have never had a long wait and Dr. Skouras and his associates are extremely efficient during the examinations. When I ask questions, I get clear and direct answers. I will most certainly continue to frequent Dr. Skouras' practice!
