Choose your Realtor carefully We have used Skogman realtor's twice. It is important to pick a good Realtor. Skogman has many people working for them so it is best to get a referral from a friend or use a Realtor here that you know. The first time we used an very inexperienced Realtor. We actually ended up doing a lot of looking at houses on our own. This last time we used someone that was recommended. Everything went a lot smoother and it was a more pleasant experience
Gwen Johnson is the most dishonest realtor I have ever worked with. It's truelly a shame she is more worried about a dollar and not the customer. You would think the customers needs would be put first just like they tell you when you sign the contract but it is clearly not the case.

My experience with Skogman was nothing short of incredible. My realtor LISTENED to exactly what I was looking for and showed me the exact house I wanted. Not only that, she walked me through the whole process. As a first time buyer, my realtor took all of the fear and stress out of making a large purchase.

I wouldn’t consider Skogman Realty for one reason alone. One of their realtors, Michael Barnes, finds it appropriate to make public Facebook comments bragging about spending his money and exposing other people to coronavirus? That is such a strange brag as well as really ignorant because he’s representing your business on his same personal account.
Provided no guidance or professional service in the sale of our home. Very impersonal. Felt they cost us considerable money. Better research your options when dealing with them.
I’ve seen that they put their advertising signs in peoples yards (who are not buying, renting, or in any way affiliated with Skogman Realty) and then they send passive aggressive letters to the home owners that take them down so they can mow without the obstructions. I think as business professionals this type of behavior lacks an incredible amount of tact, and I would not consider using them for any personal business dealings.
