Im a sushi lover and I can tell if the fish is of high quality. Amazing fresh fish from Japan, I would say best sushi in NYC and NJ area especially for the price point, agreed by my other friends as well. They make the sushi on the spot on the weekends. Fruit cresando was also fresh and creamy!
A standout omakase-style nigiri selection, and genuinely lovely staff. We only wish they had dine-in seating, but it’s hands-down our new favorite local spot.
Looking for good sushi in Jersey is nearly impossible. Rice quality here was decent def not soft enough. It was a bit hard and between when I got a text it was ready and my pickup was less than 10 minutes. Fish quality I didn’t have my complaints with it but for the price point the variety and cut should be better. Miso soup was not enough miso or not deep enough flavor. Skip.
Dont think i have ever came across a better take out sushi place. Exceptional quality.
I ordered the $39 Chef’s Daily Selection Omakase Box, but unfortunately I was disappointed with the variety. The selection felt very limited, with three pieces of salmon and three pieces of tuna that only had slight variations, so it didn’t feel like much of an omakase experience. The sushi rice was also on the firmer side and packed very tightly, making it a bit difficult to chew and affecting the overall texture.
